I have been married for 35 years to my husband Ron so if a man answers the phone, that would be my better half. We have lived in this little house nestled in the trees for twenty seven years. I raised five wonderful kids ,three boys and two girls, and thank heavens they are all grown up and out and about. The dogs are now our children and my kids come to visit.
My interest in dogs and horses stems from a life long affinity with animals of all sorts, I have lived here in Newberg since I was a child my roots run deep in the rich soil of the rolling hills just a little West of Portland Oregon. I am a country girl at heart and for a large part of my adult life I was the singer in my country band the Desperados. As you can see by the above picture I don't look a thing like DOLLY Parton, so don't confuse her with me.
I have a close nit family that lives in this area. My daughter and I go to the dogs shows together and share a love for the breed. Shantel will be joining the breeders group,we will both be working toward a common goal of bettering the breed.
I have owned some darn good horses and now entering into this phase of my life I am purchasing and breeding some of the finest Toy and Miniature Aussie's in the country.Our goal is to produce smaller versions of the Australian Shepherds . If you have a love for Australian Shepherds come visit and see how delightful it is to have one that can sit in your lap and be carried in your arms. These little fellers have all the instincts and looks of the big Aussie's, the only thing left out is the big dog size. I love a good looking dog with a good temperament, so if you are looking for that special little Aussie come by and take a look.
